It was a great sight to see the long array of ocean liners as they turned the head of the Harbour into the open sea, nearly 40 in all with the warships away to starboard and port. The morning was clear and calm and it was very interesting to watch the Australian ships as they moved out from their anchorage to gain their place in line.</p>
