In expectation of a raid I borrowed an extra Lewis from Ruahine.

            We are relieved by Otago in the morning. Capt Urquhart goes to
            Ruahine & Capt Webber takes command.

We were relieved by Ruahine Coy and went into the S.S. Line.

We returned to the Trenches. The Coy. took over T. 88 one platoon of Ruahine being attached to take over River post (T.89).

W.W.C. & Ruahine Coys. disembarked and entrained en route to the firing line.

Coy enters fire & support trenches again relieving Ruahine. Alloted A & B Groups of No. 3 Post & E group of No. 2 Post.
Pvts Harrison C. & Stokes J.E. depart on detachment, with Otago Batt to Lemnos.
Quiet day.

Remarks: 3 pm. to Gully at Y. beach. W.W.C., H.B., T., Rua.
8.30 pm. moved to Reserve Trenches White Hub. Move complete midnight. Ruahine. down Gully. Then to Reserve trenches Y. beach. Then to White Hub  at 11.30.
